North Shore Arts Association extends a warm welcome to all our friends, neighbors, and supporters as we celebrate the launch of the 2017 Exhibition season, our 95th year! Join us for an afternoon redolent with gratitude for earlier generations of artists and their visions which led to the formation of the NSAA 95 years ago, and an energetic look forward at the challenges, passions, and deeply held commitments which energize Cape Ann's artists today.
Spend some time with our artists and the community which supports them; you'll find we are vitally interested in you, our community, our children, and our world!

From the opening bell, four major exhibitions will fill NSAA's waterside galleries to the brim and provide a rousing kick off to our anniversary season. Artist Members Exhibition I, Associate Members Exhibition I, our New Artist Members Show and a Special Solo Exhibit by Artist Member Katalin Spang; all of which promise to bring out our artists' newest and most courageous works to vie for the many new and generous awards and honors that have been added to our roster this year. The awards reception for all three members shows is to be held on May 7, from 2-4 p.m. and is free and open to the public. We would love to see you there and to share a toast to  NSAA's 95th year!
